Terms of Service
The rules for booking and riding with WiseWay Taxi — plain language, no small print.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms apply
These are the terms for booking or taking a ride with WiseWay Taxi LLC, a taxi service in Keene, New Hampshire. By requesting a ride — online, by phone or through live chat — you agree to them.
Requests and confirmation
- A booking request is not a confirmed ride. The online form and phone requests are requests. A dispatcher confirms availability and the fare with you; until that happens the ride is not booked.
- Quote your reference. Every request gets a booking reference (for example WW-…). Keep it and quote it when you contact us about that ride.
- Double-check your details. Please make sure the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the time and the number of passengers are right before you send a request.
Where and when we ride
- We serve Keene and the Monadnock region and are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Airport runs are not open yet. Manchester, Boston Logan and Bradley trips are marked “Coming soon” on this site and cannot be booked online. Call us to check availability. When airport runs open, they will need at least 24 hours notice before pick-up.
- We can decline a request — for example if we have no vehicle available or the trip is outside our area.
Timing, waiting and cancellations
- Be ready at the agreed time. Waiting time is charged at the rate shown on our Rates page ($0.50 per minute, $30 per hour).
- All cancellations require 12 hours notice. To change or cancel a ride, contact dispatch and quote your booking reference. Any fees are listed in the Rates and Services section and on the Rates and Services page.
- If you are late and we cannot reach you, the driver may leave after a reasonable wait and the waiting-time charge still applies.
Fares and payment
- Fares are shown on our Rates page and confirmed by dispatch before the ride. Prices can change; the fare we confirm with you is the fare you pay.
- For airport fares, tolls and access fees are included, however parking fees are additional and are not included in the airport fares shown.
- Pay in the vehicle in cash, or by card or phone tap with the driver’s payment device. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by Square and carry a 2.6% fee.
- Extra stops, waiting time and parking are charged as shown in our rates and services.
During your ride
- Everyone must wear a seatbelt where one is fitted, and children must be properly restrained.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle, and no open alcohol or illegal substances.
- Do not damage or soil the vehicle, and take care of the driver’s property.
- Follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions.
- A driver may decline to start a ride, or end it early, if it becomes unsafe, if anyone is abusive or threatening, or if anything illegal is happening.
Damage, belongings and lost property
- The person who booked the ride is responsible for damage caused by them or by anyone travelling with them, and for cleaning costs if the vehicle needs it.
- Keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items left behind.
- Lost something? Email or call us and we will check with the driver and do our best to return it. We cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for lost, forgotten or stolen items.
Your tracking link
- A tracking link is private to your ride and shows only your assigned driver’s position.
- Do not share it with anyone outside your group; anyone with the link can see the driver’s position for that ride.
- The link stops working about 24 hours after your pick-up time, and no position is shown once the ride ends.
Responsibility
We take reasonable care in arranging your ride and in the drivers and vehicles we use. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as a missed flight, a missed appointment or lost earnings, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control such as weather, road closures or heavy traffic. Nothing here limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top, is the one that applies to your next booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, and any dispute about a ride will be handled there.
